POP EXPO HELPS OUT THE KIDS AT THE CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL OF EASTERN ONTARIO (CHEO) DURING THE HOLIDAYS

November 20, 2014

HELP UPLIFT SICK KIDS AT CHEO BY SIMPLY ATTENDING POP EXPO
Ottawa Pop Expo will bring some toys, games, comics and geeky apparel to the kids at Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), just in time for the Holidays. For every person that walks through Pop Expo’s doors at the EY Centre, the organizers will put $1 to the purchase of pop-culture merchandise from exhibitors at the event.

“Last year, we had about 7,000 fans attend Pop Expo in two days”, said Scott Péron, VP of Operations for Ottawa Pop Expo. “Whatever the last count might be, be it 5,000 or 9,000 fans, we’ll bridge the gap to help us purchase at least $10,000 worth of toys, games, fun T-Shirts and comics for the kids at CHEO.  The Holidays are upon us, and they deserve to have a Groot-sized smile on their faces.”
